Sick Day
Monday, October 19, 2009 at 06:35PM Apparently calling out on a sick day doesn't mean jack shit when you've got a company issued blackberry, laptop and VPN. Got hit with that nasty stomach virus and flu that's been circulating around the office for the past two weeks. I blame the kids. That's right. I fucking said it. Those little germ-infested rug rats pass it on to their parents, aka my co-workers who offer me Krispy Kreme doughnuts. (Fuckers!)
So to make up for my working sick day out of the office, I'm going to go into the office tomorrow and do jack shit! #fuckmondays

Amen! ...and next time, record a voice memo of common stomach bug sounds (i.e. vomiting, hershey squirts, etc.),, take pictures of aftermath, and attach the files to your outgoing email. They will stop bothering you on sick days.

I agree about the kids! I hate that all my co-worker's kids get them sick and then they decide they "have too much to do to stay home sick", so instead they come in and get me suck. Fuck them! Stay home with your germy little turds and let me work where it is not germ-infested.

Yeah, I got the bug too. Damn kids. I'm not touching another 18-year-old until flu season is over, that's for sure.
Ya I was sick as hell last week thought I had the H1N1 crap! Once again my work office had 2 people hacking and sniffling like crazy! I was loading up on my Flonase over the counter nasal spray every 4 hours while I was at home! I didnt even go back to work and pass on the trend! Some people are stupid they just dont think of anyone else but themselves.
Maybe you all should get your immune systems up so you don't catch these viruses in the first place..
